We loved this place and excellent food.

Our rooms were spotless and good-sized here with a kettle and comfy bed.

I would stay here again, everything was excellent. The breakfast is plentiful with plenty of things to eat and drink. The rooms are warm, spotless, and come with an electric kettle and central heating. A special thanks to fabulously friendly and amiable staff. The hotel is set in a particularly good location close enough to Lee-on-the-Solent, a pub which sells food and the sea which is one street away.

Very pleasant team, they made me feel welcome. It was beautifully decorated, airy and with comfortable bed. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and the food was good.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming guesthouse near the seaside. The parking was ample, and the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. The hostess went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even engaging in a delightful conversation with me. The warm and homely atmosphere made our stay truly unforgettable.

avon manor guest house exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon. the warm welcome and personal rapport from the owners and staff made us feel at home. the location, with a beautiful view of the sea, was perfect for relaxing walks along the beach.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was spacious, clean, and simply perfect. The location was quiet and peaceful, and the staff, especially Karen, made us feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
