i was almost going to give a positive review, but alas, the dated room with no blackout curtains, made my stay less than ideal, waking up at 4:30 a.m. was a delightful surprise, and don’t even get me started on the sparse parking situation, a complimentary gesture would have been a lovely touch.

Had a great time with friends here! The owner was super friendly and always checked in on us. The rooms were clean, and we appreciated the fresh milk for our drinks. Perfect for exploring local spots like the beach and nearby parks. Would totally recommend for a fun getaway!

The stay was more than I expected got a spacious room with a nice sea view and I loved that breakfast was delivered to our room at a time we picked. The parking outside was a real bonus too, made things easy.

Just a good pick for a flash stay in Lee-on-the-Solent with excellent value for money. They brought fresh milk to my room, which was a nice surprise. Try to find parking early to avoid the hassle.
